Yui

Yui is Girls Dead Monster’s greatest fan; though not an official member of the band, she’s happy to do anything to help them out. Given her overly bubbly and hyperactive nature, Yui is often at odds with Hinata. Unlike the other members of the SSS, Yui sports a thin black devil tail.

She is also full of holes, if I may add. Where did the tail come from?

Exactly.I personally see them less of a couple but more of a brother-sister type.

Her physical behavior was justified, but her psychological behavior was not. This is where our problem lies. She had no reason to be thirsty for a man, specifically. It had nothing to do with anything. The author just knew YuiHina would boost ratings, so they twisted it. When I said Hinata never loved her, I meant he did not love her in a romantic sense. He clearly loved her platonically.

@CrimsonCondor: No, Hinata totally loved Yui - he didn't love her in the way that he'd marry her in that life, but he loved her enough to help her find final peace and pass on. Also, she lacked reason for her behavor? Didn't she kind of spell out that the reason for her behavior was because she'd lived so much inactivity and was so dependent on her mother, so now that she has use of her legs and freedom to explore everything she'd become passionate about due to seeing it on TV, she wanted to go all out and make the most of it?

She's incredibly inconsistent with her attitudes and actions, and I don't think that constitutes a great character, but okay. She lacked genuine reasons for her behavior, and her personality was loud and repetitive. I despise her, and for good reason too. I do agree that Hinata probably didn't love her either. It sounded more like a pity move if you ask me. I also resent Hinata for sugarcoating it for her. I'd rather fade away with tragic knowledge than blissful ignorance.
