Yoruichi is the former captain of the second protection squad and previous commander of the covert ops. Though she is a member of the noble Shihouin family, Yoruichi acts little like a princess and not only demonstrates more masculine traits but also enjoys teasing people at times. She is highly intelligent and witty, and she has the ability to transform herself into the form of a black cat when the occasion arises. She is a master at hand-to-hand combat as well has being exceptionally skilled at the flash step.

best girl hands down and my third fave character currently.
Call me a fanboy, that's fine, but if there is one thing Bleach did that I always loved over most anime in general and is a part of why I appreciate the series greatly, it's that it created one of my most favorite anime women of all time. A very calm and composed yet fun personality with a wonderful sense of humour, very knowledgeable, very capable and helpful, has a simple yet cool design while also being gorgeous, and along away, she gets a great character development. The whole package for making a great character.
Badass, funny, and beautiful not only is she my favorite character in Bleach she's one of my favorite anime characters of all time.
