personally I think he has the saddest backstory/story ever, I'm surprised that even with Trisha's death capping it off he doesn't go bonkers or become totally stone cold

yes I've watched clannad and your lie and Ellen lied (like all of the characters in Ellen come close to hohenheim) and whatever other mainstream tragedy you throw at me

The real villain of the series I wonder if anyone can figure out why?
A hint its his fault this all started literally all his fault, betraying a friend is never a good characteristic in any character which is why I don't like Hohenheim.
