The first one had at least some potential for discussing artistic collaboration in the digital age, but everyone acted like he'd just made a deal with the devil. The second was completely ridiculous- exploring the effects of overbearing corporate control on an artistic business could also have potential, but the way it was handled made the arc laughable.
