Considering Lucy's tenuous grasp on reality, I always doubted whether the event took place like it was shown. Setting that aside elfen lied has some of the worst villains in anime (particularly minor characters), just bland petty malevolence for the sake of it.

I hate that scrolling through the hated characters reminded me of this piece of shit.
