I wouldn't call Tobirama a racist, prejudiced and an a**hole yes but not racist. He had an Uchiha student, Uchiha Kagami, after all. If you call Tobirama racist, then I will call Madara a hypocrite.
However, I've never been able to watch the entirety of Shippuden, so you're welcome to prove me wrong. That said, I will never believe Madara to be anything other than a hypocrite.
