Takeru is my favorite character (human) in Adventure...ironically, with his partner, Patamon, being my favorite digimon character.

I didn't like his role in Zero Two as much (nor the new series, Tri), but he shows a lot of character development in the first season and has an innocent personality without being annoying (unlike Hikari).
