Wish my boi would just train like damn
I used to find Takemichi annoying, at times I still do, however, he really grew on me in S2. He's extremely honorable, cares deeply about others, and has morals, and I love him for that.
Is he annoying? Yes. Is he stupid? Also yes. Does he know he is both of things? Yes! The thing about this character is he is so self aware, he knows he's weak and pathetic but despite this he doesn't give up. I can't help but love him for that.
He's the sole reason Tokyo Revengers is a 4.5 star anime instead of a solid 5.
