Singing Jigglypuff

Once plagued by a sore throat, this particular Jigglypuff dreams of becoming a famous singer. However, due to a mysterious effect caused by its singing, any and everyone who hears the Pokemon's lullaby will fall into a deep slumber. Having no one left conscious to appreciate its performance, the angered Jigglypuff scribbles all over the sleeping audience's faces with the black marker it carries.
