Drill isn't that bad
Love her design,and the "drills" spinning when flustered was fun...but she never really got out of just being a big bag of tropes.
It's characters like this that make many fans of anime and manga absolutely hate the tsundere trope. This is also the reason why writers for anime and manga need to usually make tsundere characters become more developed over the period of the show... It's so you don't get wasted use of characters like Serenia
