One of my favorite antagonists of any anime. It's so refreshing having someone be "bad" just for shits and giggles instead of the overly-used traumatic backstories. His entire reasoning is just "lol I'm bored," and I love that.

Watched the whole 2 seasons only to see him. BTW his partner, Tanaka, is also badass (You'll know it when you finished watching season 2).
