Funny how everyone hates him because he wants to destroy Konoha and Kishimoto did a great job creating a character so complicated, jet so simple as Sasuke.Naruto and Sasuke both suffered in their childhood, grew up without parents, on their own way lonely and lost.
But While Naruto finds friends and starts getting social Sasuke isolates himself, only thinking of revenge. To think about Naruto was the only real friend Sasuke ever had, and very littled cared about him, so nothing was there holding him in Konoha.
And of course the moment Madara tells Sasuke that he just killed the person who loved and took care of him the most anger takes over.
Konoha is now the one who destroyed his Family, the one who killed ist Parents, his relatives and in the end his brother.
I like character who take the evil role because the story behind them is the most breathtaking.
Yeah sure he had a heartwrenching past but that doesnt give him the right to destroy Konoha. He doesnt respect his brother's sacrifice and still insisted his own selfish desires. At first I thought he was really hot but lately I wanted him to die because he is so annoying.

People, people, people. There is a big difference between a "deep" character and an annoying, whiny bastard. Sasuke is the latter.

Someones just makign more accounts so they can hate on sasuke and fuck up the ranking system
I even checked some accounts and they just have hates/loves to certain characters but no animes watched or mangas read
so there is ppl doing hating on some chars loving on some and fucking up the ranking of loved and hated

i like sasuke .. very very much .. i did like him in first series and my opinion is intact .. i love him in shippuden too ..
i lost my father recently .. i know that damn feeling .. hate .. anger .. lonely..
i just lost my father but my mother survived and i did feel hate and anger

he is in turmoil .. he and naruto had diffrent experience but they can understand eachother..
naruto love sasuke and because of that he want to save him from hatred not for that annoying sakura or for that promise to her .
he want his friend back ..
and i know sasuke will surprise everybody in the end .. you will see
