Not to get like super personal or anything, but being someone who witnessed psychological and was on the recieving end of verbal (and in the past near-physical) abuse as a misrepresented method of showing "tough love", I can actually sympathize with Saki, despite still condemning her actions. I think whats most important is that people understand this character, and why she was what she was, rather than subjectively hating her for abuse alone. For that reason I might as well put her on my liked characters list.
Arima hid his bruises because he was ashamed, he was humiliated before other kids and their parents, he was forced to do something he'd rather not everyday for probably 4-5 hours on a school day, saki even fed on his self-esteem among other stuff.
Kaori on the other hand helped him to get back on his feet and helped him to face his past.
Saki never thought about the consequence of her actions, Kaori did.
