She is my Favourite female character ever. She is so badass and yet still so kind. The way she controls Roy is cool and funny. She would rather stay single her whole life then get married to Roy just to see him on the top.
Riza is definitely one of the strongest (character-wise) female anime characters. She's usually fighting with/against alchemists, chimeras, and Homunculi who have various powers that make them much stronger than a normal human being (Riza). However, Riza never backs down from a fight and successfully holds her own in many (see the fight with the failed Fuhrers). Some may argue that she's weak and can't fend for herself, using evidence from the two times she was a hostage. Yet, she never really let herself be used as a hostage, from telling Mustang important information about Pride to not letting Roy do a Human Transmutation to save her life. Also, she is dedicated to Mustang, yet has her own friends and relationships (Rebecca, Winry, and Ed). She is a rare strong female character, and that's why she's my favorite.
