Oh boy, I feel sorry for this guy. He clearly loves Takano but it's difficult to let go of the hurt from past trauma. It's pretty obvious he is terrified of being hurt by him again, even after he finds out it was a huge misunderstanding.
Takano isn't a bad person, People misunderstand him. Anyone would call what Takano does to Ritsu Sexual Harassment, But Ritsu didn't Exactly Push him away really though he did want him to stop because he didn't want to "Fall in love again". Takano and Ritsu's past relationship Takano was going to leave Ritsu but fell in love with him and instead Takano Got hurt When Ritsu left after Takano Laughed when Ritsu asked if he loved him which was the misunderstanding that started the entire problem between them. Then 10 years later Takano vowed to make Ritsu fall in love again. I'll admit that Takano could of done something different rather than Harassing Ritsu but Ritsu didn't push him away. In the manga Ritsu doesn't even tell Takano to stop. In the end i think that if they solved the misunderstanding back then when takano laughed then maybe the anime would of been a bit different.
Don't get me wrong i understand that everyone has the right to have their own opinion on anime and characters, i think that a lot of people go too far Hating a Character and is unnecessary and there are people out there who Love Takano and Ritsu 😔😭
