this guy was the lead of the bullies and the one who most hated penelope(mostly because he assumed she tricked the duke into bringing her home, and because she wished for his real sister to never be found)

he's emotional and easily gets angry.
8/10 interesting character
Literally the best development he has the best moments i have yet to read the novel but i know he is the best written character already
he grew on me
