This kid ruined the anime for me. A kid who's still crayoning himself through life somehow knew the voltages to kill a human? And he came up with his plans all by himself? Why did they even make it a kid? Like I get they wanted the threat to be living with them but maybe make it a teenager and not a four year old? Why would they even give a super powered diary to a four year old? They either expected them to be a murder or wanted them to die. And it's probably not the first one because the protagonist is not capable without heavily being assisted. I just despise how they decided a child could fit this role.
