She is arguably the cutest girl look and personality wise in the series. She is closer to Van's age so probably a better match for him then the reverse pedophile wannabe, Wendy. Honestly, Wendy's interest in him is never really fleshed out as to how or why. We are just supposed to accept it, however, Priscilla seems to like the fact he is affable and the first person able to go toe to toe with her and even beat her.
