Black Jack (franchise)
Pinoko is the young girl who lives with Black Jack and acts as his assistant. Though she has the appearance of a child – and still talks like one – she is actually eighteen years old. Pinoko refers to herself as Black Jack’s wife and gets exceptionally jealous whenever another woman approaches him. The girl is close friends Sharaku and tends to over-react to various situations with a shout of “Oh my Gewdness!”.

I like her. Shes there to comfort Black Jack when he needs it and she's the only person he has.
Black Jack ova would have been perfect if she wasn't there!
She's one of the most annoying and selfish character i've ever seen.
I watch Black Jack, but with Pinoco in it, you just gotta expect mild migranes and gagging every other episode at how annoying and loud and selish she is.
