Otohime

Otohime is the queen of Fishman Island and Neptune's wife. She is a kind and caring woman - though she is prone to sudden mood swings from time to time - and is desperately passionate about the peaceful co-existence of humans and fishmen. Though she is physically weak, she makes up for it in her resolve to care for her people, even if it means putting her own health or safety on the line.
