Honestly aside from the cliche of her obviously being the MC's love interest she's a really solid female lead character. She's always helping Midoriya and is powerful enough to fight on her own.
V Agree, with such an interesting method of gravity powers she has and her backstory of not being well off so many plotlines and ways for her to rise up as a heroine could've been made but instead she's thrown into the decades-long misogynistic role in shonen known as the love-obessed fangirl for the MC.
