Noire is my fav <3
I love almost all the characters of Hyperdimension Neptunia coz they're all so cute. ^_^
But my most favorite is Noire.
I like her character design and I like pigtails too.

I think I love Purple Heart more than Black Heart, but I think I love Nowaru more than Neptune...
I don't really know who I like the most...guess I love them both equally.
If Neptune's my cup of tea, then Noire is my biscuits ;)
