He was, is, and will remain my favorite Naruto character.... his death was literally so pointless towards the plot that I almost dropped Naruto... don't get me wrong, I love Naruto and think its one of my fav series but I was so sad at Neji's death that I didn't really understand why he had to die for the happiness of Hinata instead of being happy himself
A shame such a cool character was given such a terrible death for an even more atrocious romance. Hinata's dad dying would've completed Neji and Hinata's dad's character arcs, not Neji dying for NaruHina.

He deserved better than to serve as a catalyst for his cousin's awful romance.
The only thing I hate about him is the way he died. He was too dope to go like that.
