One of Riko's friends at Belchero Orphanage. Like most of the children at Belchero, he is a Red Whistle and can usually be seen in the company of his friends Shiggy and Kiyui. He dreams of becoming a Moon Whistle and one day opening an orphanage of his own to help other orphaned and abandoned children. He has feelings for Riko and is against her plans to search for her mother in the dangerous Abyss, especially considering she is unlikely to ever return from her journey.
