Moeka is one of those characters that you either love or hate. I hated her at first yet when I got to learn about her story, along with the incredible character development she got, and how she redeems herself at the end of Steins;Gate 0, she turned the tables around and became an amazing character.

In my opinion, she is crazy and really annoying
She seems so depressed.
