I love Mineta, because. Think about it, you can't hate Mineta for the way he acts or does things. Think about it one more time, what if your favorite ship was at a hotspring wouldn't you want to see them together? Yes, they need privacy but like Mineta is just following his urges. His ship is his perverted thoughts. Plus Mineta gives this anime life, hes one of the top 10 funny characters.
The character started out as funny. I don't mind perverted characters and honestly I feel anyone complaining about it is a hypocrite. I absolutely love Jiraya. But I do prefer it to be done smoothly. Mineta has literally no other personality trait apart from being perverted and even that is overdone.
I hate Mineta because of his perverted attitude- a lot of the people defending him disgust me people that type of behaviour is gross. I don't care if 'it's just a show' 'it's fiction' people who watch it could still see that and think it's okay or normal behaviour. I don't think he ruined the anime, or that he's the worst part of it- I just think it would be better if he either wasn't in it or just didn't have that pervy personality. This is a personal opinion, but like... respect womens privacy- stop perving on them through holes in the wall... Creep.

tbh I just think he's funny, without him in the anime it wouldn't be as fun imo
