In the penalty game episode in season two ACMI she was practically forcing Touma to go out on a date with her.
Likable tsundere
I don't understand how a secondary character like her is so popular when her contribution to the main plot is very minor or secondary now with respect to her disgusting spin off toaru Kagaku no railgun, I'll just say it's shit. postscript: character who is only popular for being tsundere outside of it has nothing of relevance in the main story.
I like her, she's an upstanding character that inspires me to work harder to exceed.
