Matsu is Sekirei #02 of 108. An intelligence-type sekirei, she can hack into any electronic device whether it be cellphone or military satellite. She uses her subsequently augmented surveillance capacity to perv on Minato at every opportunity, but relishes the chance to get some hands on 'experimentation' time. Though she has been known to do a field op or two, she spends most of her time hiding from MBI agents in the Izumo Inn.

She is batman in sekireii verse and she has information on anyone like batman. A prime example of brains and beauty indeed. She is definitely best girl indeed. Her bike with missiles was definitely epic.
the one you want
What's not to like about her. She pretty, Genius level intellect, Boobs and a bit of a perv. She's the kind of girl you can go to and ask her to help you with assignments and stuff. I wouldn't mind having someone like her. Getting A's would be a dream come true if we had smart ladies like her helping us with homework.
