Omaeda is the vice-captain of squad two. He is an arrogant, vain and gluttonous man with very few redeeming features. This dude is more Omnitsukido that Soifon. Literally noone expects anything from him, yet he defeats or wastes time of his opponent without taking any dam.
Actually has speed and crazy durability. His absolute loyalty to his captain and ability to do or die is far greater than his sluggishness vain etc.
