While part of me sympathizes to an extent, he was a sadistic creep who toyed with other people for his own gain. C.C. was responsible for his corruption yet in the end did what had to be done.
He was a deranged animal that needed to be put down, but damn was his story tragic. And damn if he didn't make an effective antagonist in just three episodes.
