I hate this guy more than any Anime character that I've ever seen. I'm glad that he got what was coming to him.
but my hatred for the asshole aside, his character was well protrayed. I mean... if they were going for the point of making an Asshole out of the main character.
In the end the lesson learned at the end of all this was two simple words.
"Don't Cheat"
and... lots and lots of other things as well inbetween that I'm not even going to begin describing in my comments.
He always seemed so distant from Katsura when she didn't act like a straight up slut. I mean this guy never acted like the virgin he was supposed to be.
Most guys in high school would have been happy to get a smooch on the cheek from a girl they were going out with for just under a week. If he thought with the brain above his belt for once, he'd realise that a kiss on the cheek from a girl like her was a huge step. But nooo, he expects sex right after the word "hi"
Everything this guy says in the whole thing is complete bullshit. He progressed towards which ever girl is the easiest at the moment or who isn't prego or just plain boring to him at that point in time. None of his "love" confessions were truth or anything he said inbetween.
He was inhumane from start to finish which is why I say the ending was best suited for him (inhumane).
His lack of care for anyone's feelings but his penis led two school girls to develop serious mental illnesses.
I for one don't know why any of them got so attached in the 1st place.
Katsura should have moved on to Makoto's perverted friend a long time ago.
And Sekai should have never been serious with a guy that was so quick to cheat on his girlfriend with her. What else can be expected? Ofcourse it was just a matter of time before she to was cheated on.
I can go on and on but all I can say is, at least he had more fun in his short pathetic life than alot of people get to.
