in the japanese he was voiced by the same guy who did jiraiya from naruto....i dont see a reason to hate him....he wasnt particularly evil...just part of his character

How is it that this guy is so annoying in the anime ad manga. I literally skip past every scene he’s mentioned in. probably why I didn’t understand some parts of the series
