He was probably the most interesting character in the entire Manga. AND wtf was this at the end? he came back and not even a real reaction to it? The Author literarly pulled him as a Plot Device to stop the war lol
great villain, I hate him as a villain
He is a good villain, I like him.
Those monsters are natural enemies of humans. If possible, they should be eradicated, no "promise" is good enough.
