Amazing antagonist, I love his design
His adorable character design worked wonders in making me hate him later on in the anime. That scene with Homura, you know the one, was a shock to my systems and wonderful to think back to when getting further in the show.
In case it wasn't clear, fuck this guy.
Can't even blame it since it believe it did not do wrong. It doesn't even have any emotion.
