She's not in the wrong, from her perspective Ishigami is the bad guy. You can't blame her because Ishigami doesn't tell her the truth.
Either way, no matter who you think is right or wrong, I still think they should have told her the truth. It helps nobody to keep it a secret and Ishigami's BS "protect her smile" by not telling her will just lead her down the same road and she'll get hurt again. Probably worse.
