She's a lovable character in the anime and I like what a kind person she is and her friendship with Chitoge is precious. But she doesn't really develop much in the manga - if anything, she got a lot more annoying in how passive, spineless, and even a bit self-absorbed she started to be. I still like her a bunch, but she's not the Best Girl and Raku made the right call in not choosing her.
