on one hand, he's a pervert. sorry, don't like those.
on the other hand, he has a traumatic backstory and sometimes he's funny. i like that.

He's impressively annoying and obnoxious. The mod souls in general are awful outside of Noba.
Kon is like...awesome. yes he's useless but seriously, he's just the extra we need.
