She is really amusing and her overbearing arrogance makes it all the better. She had this "perfect girl" image. In particular, the amusing allusion that the perfect girl never has to go to the Toilet.
And to make it clear. Yes, she doesn't have a good personality. BUT, she never hurt anyone, was nice to everyone. And what do you expect? She was treated like an angel from birth, and one day you will fall into the role. As long as EVERYONE tells you how perfect you are.
Really have to say she is one of the best female anime characters.
