Kirino Kousaka is terirble. She's unbelievable: perfectly beautiful, enough to be a model at 14, an amazing athlete, and if that wasn't enough, she's also incredibly smart. But despite that, she's an aggravating attention whore. Her brother rolls over backwards for her, doing completely unbelievable things, and she treats him like crap. Her friend tolerates her bad hobby, and she treats her like crap. Every single character is better and more likeable than Kirino, yet she hogs all the screentime. But the worst part about Kirino is not that she's obsessed with erotic video games about little sisters, or that she doesn't understand why that's wrong, or that she has no real redeeming qualities. The worst part is that she, and this entire anime, is just there to pander to otaku. But not just otaku, otaku who like to fetishize little sisters, because the little sister in this anime is a proud enthusiast fetishizing little sisters, so she is an object to be fetishized over by the audience.

I'm so glad that she got punched in the face. That was one of the best scenes in the show.
