He's so annoying and assumes wayyyy to much about things also selfish and acts like a little boy he obviously doesn't like Chizuru so why can't he just break up with her because he's going to hurt her ether way and I'm not defending chizuru I don't like how she forced a relationship with him so ether way it's her fault and deserves what's coming honestly all the girls in the show act weird and brainless I'm not saying they should be perfect but they all have some stupid characteristic like sumi I like her but at the same time she's annoying and she can talk just fine and is NOT shy if you watch it youll get it and also his ex like come on you was just drooling all over her I think he's gotten cocky with the girls and should end up with none of them because honestly there ALL to good for him.

I love how the mere existence of this character is enough to make people implode.

Hated Kazuya in S1, but he truly comes into his own in S2 and S3. I finally see why he is loved and start to respect him as a romcom MC. He actually starts to support Chizuru in normal ways and also with her dreams. It's not the obligatory kind of support or a want for her to like him either. He just truly recognizes her talent and how hard she has worked and suffered to get this far. Truly respecting her as a person and wanting to help with no gain. He just wants her to realize her dreams. It's really nice to see and hits the feels. This is the kind of person we all need in our life. By the end of season 3 he comes off as a really good hard working caring guy that is deserving of love. Some good change and growth.
