Interestingly, upon my rewatching parts of this show, I noticed that Kaoru is a somewhat shy, hesitant, and "think before doing" character compared to OG Buttercup despite still being hot-headed and a sports-enthusiastic tomboy like her. Anyways, awesome character nonetheless.
