Your typical university freshman (in season 2, a sophomore) everyman...not sure of what he wants, joins GENSHIKEN on a whim, and discovers these are indeed his "peeps". An all around likeable guy, thinks Chika Ogiue is cute but is a bit put off by her hostile and haughty airs. Takes over as GENSHIKEN president and leads the club to new accomplishments.
