Yes him and ichigo look alike and that is what is meant by when byakuya and renji went to the world of the living to retrieve rukia and when byakuya was going to finish off ichigo rukia told her brother to stop and hat is when byakuya said.........I understand rukia he looks so much alike to the one we used to know.......I shall let him live.......so yes him and ichigo look alike.......that is another reason rukia felt so close to ichigo because of her former superior Kaien and didn't want ichigo to get hurt because she had to kill Kaien......anyway I LOVE U KAIEN!!!!!!!! <3
