While he's not 100% heartless I was pissed off with his selfish attitude, condescending and smart mouth plus sometimes treating his fellow crewmates with disrespect. Could never really like him because of his frequently arrogant, criticizing, insensitive, and careless nature. Loyal and brave though Kai is, he's kind of a prick.
