Probably the most otaku baitey character i ever seen. A-1 Pictures must have been really desperate for the $$$.
This here, is a very bad person and I advise everyone to stay away from this dangerous, psychotic, poor excuse of a teacher.
apperantly his hair is actually brown according to the anime which begs the question if his hair looks red but is in truth brown than normal red should be neon red in their world
