Hinagiku Katsura is the current Student Council President at Hakuou Academy, the school which Hayate, Nagi, and her friends attend. She is an expert with swords, and thus is also the president of the kendo club. Hina is a headstrong girl and perhaps is more stubborn than Nagi, but she can be fragile at heart. She is revered by many of the male students as an idol but, unlike most students at the Hakuou Academy, she comes from a decent family and enrolled only on the basis of her high grades and academic aptitude.

she is perfect <3
Hinagiku is one of the coolest female anime characters of them all. She has an excellent balance of strength, caring, respect, and potential growth. She is the best woman in the Combat Butler show by far. Nagi spends far too much time abusing Hayate and pretty much no time ever appreciating him at all. It makes Hayate's character flawed and seem foolish that he could or would be with someone who lacked any redeemable qualities. Not to mention she shares similar experiences and interest with Hayate. Honestly, the robot makes a better woman and potential love interest for Hayate than Nagi does. It would be hard to find a more well rounded and interesting female character in any anime or manga than Hinagiku.
I love her i hope she end up with Hayate!
