As Heathcliff, he's actually pretty helpful. He does want the players to succeed, he helps them train and motivates them, and is all in all not a bad dude. The personality of Heathcliff differs from the personality of Akihiko Kayaba.
I admire his fighting style, when ever I fight with a sword and shield on any game. I like to refer to myself as "HealthCliff" haha total ripoff but so fun! :)
This guy is a total badass I agree with the comment below me also.
While some of you can consider him the antagonist in the final episodes, I find him no different than other characters, for he is not Akihiko Kayaba, who caught everyone in a deathtrap; He is Heathcliff, Commander of <Knights of the Blood Oath>, and a frontline soldier fighting to free everyone from SAO (Abiet cheaply. LOL Godmode)
