so manypulative, bastardish, despicable, stupid, evil, liar, killer and more... And the guy still was healed with his friends i cannot believe it...

togashi is normally great at writing villains, so this guy leaves a bad taste in your mouth because he's so DULL

it's probably partially because he's an 'arc villain' and most of the other antagonists like hisoka, chrollo and illumi are intended to play more important roles from the getgo. genthru's conception is really just to have someone to take down in greed island so he's pretty dull

One of the worst villain in Hunter x Hunter. His character design is awful. And his two comrades are also trash.

 I can understand why most people don't like Genthru, but imo he is the best antagonist in HxH so far
