Franken STEIN

Stein is known and respected as Shibusen's strongest three-star technician. Though his precise control over his soul's wavelength allows him to use any weapon, he specializes in hand-to-hand combat, where he can use and nullify wavelength attacks to incredible effect. Stein teeters on the precipice between sanity and madness as his desire to dissect everything wars with his wishes for order.
