MOMMY

Most anime teachers will sugar coat their students, with excuses to protect them from the harsh realities of their world. Fran, on the other hand, always put Elaina in her place. Reminding her that, despite her prodigy status, she lacks the experience of the most senior witches. She won't hesitate to bully Elaina by ignoring her, ordering her around to do the house chores, and even try to kill Elaina in the mock test.  If anything, she taught Elaina not to be ignorant. I like how she teaches Elaina that there will always be other witches who are more powerful than our main character.
